The Aceline (BE370ESPWH) Ceiling Exhaust fan with CCT LED light is a great exhaust and lighting solution for your medium to small sized bathroom or toilet area that requires some ventilation and light. Powered by a 30W motor the Aceline moves up to 250 m3/hr of air and comes complete with a back draft stopper to keep out the outside air. The unit features separate Fan and Light Power Cords. Included At the centre of the Aceline is an integrated CCT LED Light which can be switched from the light colour temperatures of the 3000K Warm White (930lm), 4000K Natural White (1000lm) and 5000K Cool White (1030lm).
This fan is side ducted and comes with a built in backdraft shutter and cut out template.

We purchased this item as it was one of the few ceiling fans that would fit into the existing hole in our ceiling where a previous fan had been placed. The item provides excellent lighting and the strong fan does a great job of removing steam from the bathroom. To some it might be a little noisy, but a small price to pay for a steam and moisture free bathroom.

The fan is a little louder than expected but does the job well, with a bright LED light.
