Alpine Ventilation Aluminium Fascia Vents – 120mm x 600mm – Colourbond Monument (Twin Pack)

The Alpine Ventilation Aluminium Fascia Vents are designed to provide efficient airflow, cooling roof spaces in summer and reducing dampness and mould in winter. Designed for installation in modern properties with no eaves or small eaves, these vents are specifically designed to ventilate through the fascia under the gutter. Made from 1.0 mm-thick powder-coated aluminium, they offer durability and comply with AS3959-2009 up to BAL40 and NCC 2022 10.8.3 standards. Each vent delivers 21,590mm2 of open area for maximum ventilation efficiency.
