The Clipsal Expressaire exhaust fan is a very high capacity fan which moves 800m3/hr! This exhaust fan has automatically retracting fan blades which provide superior performance over similar size exhaust fans. While the fan is switched off, the blades are closed to shut out insects and prevent back draft. When switched on, they open quickly and silently by centrifugal force.

Good fan for intended use

The product we’ve got is sensational.

Exactly what I was looking for:)
Craig Sitch (verified owner) –
We have used this exhaust fan before and needed a replacement after the old one began malfunctioning after 8 1/2 years of use. ITs a very good fan for what we need.
Doug Chesterfield (verified owner) –
-low consumption yet very high volume extraction.
-total shut off when not in use ( better than ‘back draft shutters’
Chris Long (verified owner) –
Works well. Easy to install.
