The SAV10W uses poly silicon PV panel to power its 10 watt DC motor. Combined with the DC technology, the SAV10W’s poly fan blade ensures quiet operation. In order to achieve the best results, the model should be installed on a North facing roof, where it receives the most sun exposure. Once it’s running at full capacity, this vent extracts 1122 m3/hr of air per hour. In contrast, it would take approximately 11 whirly birds to achieve the same result.
