The Clipsal Expressaire exhaust fan is a very high-capacity fan that moves 700 m3/hr! Its automatically retracting blades provide superior performance over similar-sized exhaust fans. While the fan is switched off, the blades are closed to shut out insects and prevent back drafts. When switched on, they open quickly and silently by centrifugal force.
