Areas That Could Be Exempt or Limited From Free Shipping

All goods purchased over the value of AU$300 are eligible for free shipping. Please note there are some exceptions for orders with delivery to outer areas and for exceptionally bulky items. In these cases we may have to charge extra for shipping. These limitations can include (but is not limited to) orders to be shipped to the following locations:

  • Western Australia Outer Regions – typically zones 3+
  • Northern Territory
  • Tasmania
  • Queensland Outer Regions – typically zones 3+
  • New South Wales Outer Regions – typically zones 3+
  • South Australia zone 4+
  • Victoria Regional Areas

You can enter your postcode at the cart to see if your postcode is included. If you are unsure whether your area is eligible or not, please do not hesitate to contact us. We reserve the right to ask for extra shipping costs if the order contains exceptionally bulky items and are going to areas with higher than normal freight charges.

International orders – We are able to ship internationally, however shipping promotions do not apply to international orders and product prices may also vary from those published. Discontinued / Clearance products and parts/accessories only orders cannot be shipped overseas. Please contact us for a quote if you are located overseas and include: your address and the products you are after including quantities and colours, as well as when you require the goods. (Note that we reserve the right to choose not to accept an overseas quote request.)

Pure Ventilation is unable to advise customers of legal or customs requirements or local taxes and duties for orders to overseas destinations. Ensuring compliance with specific requirements, including documents, forms or certificates is the responsibility of the purchaser.

General Stock Notice

We keep a large portion of stock on site however as we have a large selection of products and there is always stock coming and going, dispatch may be delayed by a few days and in rare cases we not be able to fulfil an order in which case we will update you ASAP with options.

Once we dispatch you will receive tracking details via email. Once you place your order, please wait 48 hours to receive tracking info or a further update before contacting us.

Pre Order Items

Items marked with PRE-ORDER are out of stock as indicated by the manufacturer. These items can still be purchased and will be dispatched with priority as soon as stock becomes available.

Each of the PRE-ORDER listings will have an approximate date of arrival provided by the manufacturer. Due to current circumstances and usual disruptions with shipping and handling, customs regulations, and other production issues, please note products are subject to further delays.

We try to provide the most accurate details with all the given information but rely on any updates from the manufacturer. While you are waiting, we are more than happy to help with any cancellations or order amendments. Our expert staff can also help provide suitable alternatives that are in stock, so if you require a product quickly, we encourage you to Contact Us.

Delivery

While we use quality and reputable carriers to deliver your order, however errors may still occur. We take responsibility for the goods until they are delivered at your designated shipping address and we will replace or refund them if they do not arrive. We use all our effort to ensure you receive your order correctly and in good time.

Please be aware that we use Courier companies to ship the majority of orders. For this reason nominating a PO Box address will typically incur extra freight charges, as we will need to send your order via Australia Post. Please contact us if you wish to have your order delivered to a PO Box so that we can provide you with a suitable estimate.

Delivery Time Estimation

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. In some circumstances orders may take longer, however you will be notified of the delay.

Please make note that we do not currently ship to areas outside of Australia.

The length of time for delivery of your order depends on:

  • Stock availability
  • Destination of order

We keep stock of popular products in our warehouses:

  • We often ship the same day the order is received if the order is made prior to midday.
  • Orders for Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney generally take 1-3 business days
  • Orders for Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast generally take 2-5 business days.
  • Other metro areas, capital cities and main towns allow for approximately 4-7 business days.
  • The further out of the main metro areas the longer it will take for delivery.
  • Speciality items and stock that needs to be ordered require an extra 2-3 days for delivery – we will notify you of expected delivery times.

We do not provide an express service unless you are in the Melbourne Metro area, in which case if you are after something urgently, please contact us in the morning to see availability of a same-day service. Extra costs may apply. In general, we cannot guarantee delivery days and times. We would recommend you wait until you receive the items before confirming times with electricians and other contractors.

Note: There may be shipping delays due to staff shortages and isolation as a result of Covid19. Given these impacts experienced by freight couriers, please allow for an additional day or two from the usual ETA for your order to be received.

If you need your order urgently, please feel free to send us an email prior to purchase with the item/s you are looking to purchase and the delivery address so we can give you a more accurate shipping time.

Order Arrival

You will be prompted to enter delivery information upon checkout. Please be sure to fill this out so if your order is delivered and you are not home, they know where to leave the order (for example “leave at front door”).

This keeps you from incurring extra freight charges should there be no one to receive the order in person.

Shipping Over the Christmas & New Year Period

Please be advised that we will be operating over the Christmas and New Year period during business days. During this time however, because both transport companies and suppliers are very busy, especially on the weeks leading up to Christmas, and many run limited services over this time, you can expect extra delays in our service over this period. We will do our best to estimate delivery times during this period which you will receive once your order is being processed.

Processing Hours

We work within standard business hours AEST (excluding public holidays). If orders are received in the morning, they will generally be processed that day and be dispatched that afternoon.
