Designed for installation in modern properties with no eaves or small eaves. These vents are specifically designed to ventilate through the fascia under the gutter and come with a perforated design to prevent pest entry. Each vent offers 21,590mm2 of open area, meeting AS3959-2009 (BAL40) and NCC 2022 10.8.3 compliance.
