These 1.0mm powder-coated aluminium vents ensure efficient airflow, crucial for summer cooling and winter moisture reduction. Designed for installation in modern properties with no eaves or small eaves, these vents are specifically designed to ventilate through the fascia under the gutter and feature a pest-proof perforated design. With 21,590mm2 of open area each, they provide maximum air exchange and adhere to AS3959-2009 (BAL40) and NCC 2022 10.8.3 standards.
