The Maxair exhaust window fan is available in two sizes featuring electric shutters to prevent back drafts. This model is one of the few on the market that can be installed solely from the inside, making it a popular choice for high rise. This model also comes with a pull cord hanging from the motor, which is used to turn the fan on/off.

Auto switch models have approximately 60 seconds delay on opening and up to 3 minutes delay on closing of shutters, ensuring silent operation.
