The Chico range features a modern design with a capable exhaust fan. It is a ductable ceiling or wall mounted exhaust fan with a very modern low profile fascia, which makes it popular with interior designers and architects. This package comes with a 1-25 minute variable run on timer. The timer is adjustable and can be set from anything from 1-25 minutes depending on your preference. This will need to be hardwired to to the fan by an electrician.

Customers please be aware that the above dimensions refer to the length of the unit with the backdraft shutter closed. To allow room for the backdraft shutter to open, this unit requires a wall/ceiling cavity  of at least 13.5 cm.

    It has gravity flaps that opens up when the fan runs. (the fan blows the flaps open with the air it pushes). It is ideal for keeping insects out. In windy areas, the flaps can move due to the wind creating some noise.

    This is a 100mm plastic vent, it is a white colour and has been treated to be safely placed outside.

    This 6m length of flexible duct can be cut down to suit required length. For best airflow, it is recommended to keep the duct tight, as short as possible, avoid sharp turns and keep duct as round in shape (do not squash it).
     
    Choose the duct size to suit the exhaust fan and for best airflow, use same size or bigger duct than required by the fan.
