This purchase is a replacement exhaust fan as the old one still works but the bearings are very dry because of very heavy renovations with plaster board. Unfortunately the previous owners continued to use it without cleaning the plaster board out of it. It was over 10 years old so I decided to do a replacement and I wanted a quiet fan again which I now have.
