The TT Mixed Flow in-line exhaust fan (150mm) has two speeds (with this model, you can select speeds via the switch on the side of the motor). The lower setting has an output capacity of 405m3/hr, the higher setting has an output capacity of 520m3/hr. If the fan is set on the lower setting, the fan is much quieter. This model may be preferable if you wish to have the functionality of switching between speeds without the need on an installing electrician.
This model has a long life,a continuously rated motor.
Please Note: This fan comes with a ‘flex and plug’ so the fan can simply be plugged into a standard powerpoint. Please also be aware that we are unable to accept returns for ‘change of mind’ reasons if a plug is installed. The flex is 1m in length. The product’s actual colour may vary – in some cases, there may be a colour difference between the motor and the intake/outlet points (one may be slightly more grey than the other).

The product fulfilled my requirements re. I wanted to cool down my garage / workshop which I spend most of my time in. I am a retired electrical engineer specialising in vacuum based scientific instruments.
The garage 64 cubic m adjoins a small bedroom 27 cubic m with a non ducted air conditioner which gets the bedroom down to 21 degC even on the dry mode. The transfer fan gets the temperature in the garage down to 24 degC 54% relative humidity quite a pleasant working environment plus it helps get rid of the heat brought into the garage by the car after being in the sun.
From a design point the data given for the fan v length of duct is helpful. I know the rules for air flow i.e. capacity of fan, length of duct, number of corners, number of restrictions (changes of diameter) even type of duct (smooth or corrugated). I have built vacuum systems with a specification of 10 -14 Atmosphere. However you don’t provide conductance values for the inlet / outlet products for example should I choose Vent Fixed Flyscreen 150mm Fixed or Vent Cone Ceiling Diffuser 150mm for best conductance?
Overall I am very pleased with the product. I have removed / relocated the dual speed switch to make it more accessible.

I wanted something that would draw the steam out of the bathroom and this does it fantastic easy. Installation can’t ask for anything better and the service was excellent as well.

Overall experience so far is positive. Installation with flexible ducting took a while due to limited under floor space. The fan seems to work well extracting from two rooms. Noise level is low inside the house and virtually silent outside.

The Pure Ventilation team were able to help me out with a last minute change after I had submitted my order, as I had forgotten an extra length of conduit. Delivery time was quick (especially as I live in WA) and the inline fan itself is great. This replaced two old fans in a 7 meter long and narrow bathroom. I was actually surprised at how much air this unit moves, much more than the single fan options, and it works a lot better as I have a skillion roof and this kit allows the air to be vented outside more effectively. Highly recommend these guys to buy from.

Website had sufficient information on what to order. Order and delivery was fast and efficient, I changed the ducting on the standard kit to the R1.5 without any issue. Installation was straight forward. Customer service rep was able to help with all requests.

The fan works very well in the En-suite ceiling, easy to install especially the way the fan can be split and rotated on its base bracket.
