Build Your Own 1-2 Room Heat Transfer Kit
Customise your own 1-2 room heat transfer kit using our quick and easy page! This kit is based on a 150mm inline system.
Quickly add each component to your shopping cart. Once you are finished simply view your shopping cart for your summary.
STEP 1: SELECT YOUR INTAKE VENT
Select which vent you would like to use as the intake vent. This is the vent that is placed in the room with the heat source. We have a range of both plastic and metal vents.
STEP 2: SELECT YOUR INSULATED DUCT
Select which grade insulation that you would like to use in your kit. The higher the grade of insulation the thicker the ducting will be. The insulate ducting is supplied in 6m lengths. You will need to calculate how many lengths of duct you require (QTY can be amended at the checkout). We usually recommend duct tape to join everything together.
STEP 3: SELECT YOUR MOTOR
Select the motor you wish to use in your heat transfer kit. The other fans listed are more suitable for longer duct runs or if you would like a motor which is more powerful. The TT silent is a popular option – as the name suggests it operates very quietly! All motors come with a lead and plug attached, meaning they will conveniently plug into a powerpoint.

STEP 4: SELECT YOUR Y JUNCTION
The Y Junction or BTO will allow you to split the ducting at the outlet point so that you can have two outlets. For a 1-2 room kit you will only need 1 Y Junction.
STEP 5: SELECT YOUR OUTLET VENTS
Select which vent you would like to use as the outlet vent. Most people will have this the same as the intake vent to keep uniformity. For a 1-2 room kit you will need 2 outlet vents, simply hit the add to cart button twice if you would like to buy two of the same vents.
STEP 6: OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Select a thermostat if you would like to have the system thermostatically controlled. This would need to be hardwired by an electrician.
