The Martec Phoenix is a 3 in 1 exhaust fan with CCT LED Light and heat lamp. With a lumen output of 1585 this product is well suited to illuminate a medium to large bathroom and the extraction rate is equally well suited to a ‘larger’ bathroom. Featuring a high quality aluminium fascia with frosted white ‘Schott’ glass, the Phoenix is both elegant as well as an excellent performer. This fan is side-ducted to 150mm ducting. The box includes 1.5m ducting, an external grille and a 3 gang switch wall controller.
