Pure Ventilation takes its responsibility to protect the health and wellbeing of its staff and customers very seriously.
As we watch the events surrounding Australia’s response to COVID-19 unfold, we’ve adapted our practices so that we can continue to provide you with high-quality exhaust products. We are still open for business and working hard to minimise disruption to our customers.
Our expert staff are still available to guide you to find an exhaust solution for your home. However, in line with advice from health authorities, we’ve reduced the number of people working on-site by putting flexible work practices in place. This means that many of our staff are already working from home. You can still reach them by phone or email if you have any questions about our products or need general exhaust advice. You can also take advantage of our online chat service during business hours.
Further to the above, we are giving the staff who remain on-site as many resources as possible to help them follow advice from health authorities. This includes increasing our supplies of hand soap and hand sanitiser, as well as restructuring our sitting plans so that our staff can follow social distancing practices. Our dedicated warehouse team are still working hard to dispatch your orders quickly. We have also issued them with Personal Protective Equipment including gloves.
We understand that this is a difficult time for our customers, with many people choosing to minimise their contact with others. Our website is set up to support this choice. We ask all customers to nominate a safe place to leave their order if they cannot come to the door. You will find these options on our checkout page, including the option to email us if none of these options suit you.
